Is there a minimum number for pickups?

No , Wassalha serve individuals and Companies therefore there is no minimum orders to send the company representative to your door

Delivery method and duration

Contact the customer to deliver the shipment within 48 hours

Delivery of shipments within Cairo and Giza within 24 hours to 48 working hours as a maximum of receipt .

– Governorates Duration varies depending on the governorate

Cash Collection

– If the cash is less than 1500 pounds, it is sent through Vodafone Cash, Mobinil Cash, Etisalat Cash , bank transfer or cash delivery with the next pick-up

– If it is more than 1500 pounds, it is delivered to you within 48 hours maximum , free of charge without any additional expenses.

– With regards to collecting governorates, the collection is delivered within 4 to 7 days after the shipment is delivered to the customer

Returns Policy

– If the shipment is returned due to the refusal of the customer to receive the shipment after the representative arrives, the shipping charges will be taken from the client or the sender according to the agreement of the sender and the receiving customer

– If it is returned due to the difficulty in communicating with the addressee, there are no fees

Yes there are storage services in our facilities

Does Wassalha provide packaging service ?

Wassalha provide packaging with fees from 2 to 15 L.E. depending on the type of product and packing
